The exhibition at the museum featured three of Goldies quilts with themes related to the Tohono Oodham (formerly known as Papago). One of them, entitled "Papago Indian Activity's (sic)" quilt, currently in ASMs permanent collection, has been designated one of the most significant quilts of the 20th century. The original exhibition also included an array of Goldie-abilia, including an extraordinary crocheted man-in-the-maze doily. |
