Zuni Ceremonial with Shalako

In Zuni Ceremonial with Shalako
I think that the Shalako and the kachinas
Are dancing because they
Just killed a deer and
It smells like meat
And it is hot outside
Like if you were in a fire
Where the deer is cooking
You feel something falling
And look up and it looks like rain
But when it gets closer it turns red
And then a lot more comes down
And you start to feel pain really bad
Like a spear going into you and then
You hear the deer’s cry.
