Description: Pottery plate of native clay and natural pigments (mustard weed, iron oxide) applied with yucca brush. Stone polished and traditionally fired with sheep dung. Juror's Comments: Interesting shape and contrast in the color of the fired pot. Perhaps more could be done in the use of color, texture and composition. << Previous Award
