If you would like to request an application be sent to you by mail, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

NOTE: Applications do not guarantee participation. Invitations are issued once applications are vetted.

The Application Process Step by Step

  1. Fill out application in full and return. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT.
  2. Applications are reviewed by the SWIAF steering committee to determine who will be accepted.
  3. Invitations and contracts are sent on or around October 19, 2012.
  4. Contracts and partial or full booth payments may be made at any time before the November 23, 2012, deadline without penalty. Payment in full must be postmarked on or before the November 23 deadline to avoid late fees.
  5. All contracts and payments must be received from invited artists by February 20, 2013.
  6. Confirmation letters and booth assignments are sent out on or about January 16, 2013.

Important Dates

October 12, 2012 2013 SWIAF applications due. (Artists may apply after this deadline on a first come, first  served basis.  Do not send payment with initial application.)
October 19, 2012 Artist invitations mailed.
November 23, 2012 Payment in full due.
November 24, 2012 Late fee applies.
January 16, 2013 Confirmation letter mailed.
January 30, 2013 Booth assignment posted to this website.
