Description: Katsina sculpture hand carved of cottonwood root. Details added with wood burning tool and acrylic paints.

Jurors' Comments: Terrell: The movement, the form, the figure and the composition. Different textures and colors. Little details in the basket. || Holly: I was impressed with the different textures and colors on the Kachina itself, the movement in some of the clothing and belt. It's not as stiff as some of the other Kachina carvings.
