Ordering Information

Hours

• Hours are by appointment only.
• Appointments for research can be made with curators via phone or email.
• Requests will be accepted without appointment when specific details are provided.
• Requests requiring extensive curatorial research or studio photography will be assessed an additional charge.

Payment

• All charges are due upon receipt of order.
• A late fee may be assessed for delinquent invoices.
• Payment will be in U.S. dollars or in the form of an international money order payable to The University of Arizona.
• Expect a 2–3 week turnaround time for orders.

Rush Orders

• Rush orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional fees.

Permission Fee Waivers

• UA associates/affiliates may have permission fees waived for up to 5 images per request.
• Service fees are non-negotiable.

Reproduction Information 

Permission to reproduce any image from the Photographic Collections of the Arizona State Museum must be obtained in writing. To obtain permission, please print and complete the Photographic Permission Form (PDF - requires a reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) and mail it to the address on the form.

All reproduction rights are granted on a one-time, non-exclusive basis. Multiple publications require the reapplication and payment of additional royalty fees to the Arizona State Museum.  It is the responsibility of the user to obtain permission from appropriate copyright holder.  Permission fees may be waived up to 5 images per request for U of A affiliates.
