MAYO PASCOLA MASKS Dates: 1930s - 1980s. These small, distinctive wooden face masks are worn by Mayo pahkora dancers who live in the Mexican states of Sonora and Sinaloa. They add color and drama to the various fiestas performed by the Mayo Indians. |
