Diane D. Dittemore

Associate curator of ethnology and curator of the Arizona State Museum’s ethnological collections for more than 30 years, Diane D. Dittemore received a BA from Colorado College in 1975 and an MA in anthropology from the University of Denver in 1978.

Her special research interest is southwestern basketry. She has published numerous articles on the museum’s collections in scholarly journals and popular Indian art magazines over the years, most recently the Journal of Arizona History.
