Arizona State Museum offers your small group an alternative to the run-of-the-mill meeting/event space. With sophisticated interiors and park-like exteriors, our facilities are anything but average.

Our meeting room (787 sq. ft.) accommodates groups of 15 or fewer board style, 40 or fewer theatre style.

Our first floor lobby (1619 sq. ft.), with direct access to the museums exhibition galleries and museum store, is perfect for intimate receptions.

Larger groups are welcome to enjoy our expansive, well-manicured lawn.

Special amenities available include:

  • WiFi available in meeting room.
  • Exclusive, after-hours access to exhibition galleries adds special value to your event.
  • Guided tours may be arranged, based on staff availability.
  • Museum store can be made available for groups specifically looking for a special shopping opportunity.
  • Catering available by the University of Arizona’s Redington Catering.
